1. No Returns on Used Products
Due to hygiene and personal care standards, used, opened, or tampered products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
2. 24-Hour Reporting Window (Strict)
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible:

Product must be unused and in original packaging

A clear unboxing video is mandatory
👉 Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
3. Return Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)
Returns are only accepted if:

Product is damaged during delivery

4. Refund Policy
